Day one revenue is a useful data point and proof that you’ve actually built something people want, but more important to us is a credible plan for how that number will grow. We don’t typically invest in a company unless we believe there is a path by which they could become a billion dollar business. However, very few of our companies have actually reached that milestone to date. Still, the vision and ambition to realize it are critically important.
